About the Role

As a Senior CRM/MA Specialist at Souk, you’ll own the end-to-end process of planning, building, and optimising CRM and automation initiatives. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, translate them into actionable CRM strategies, and implement flows, segmentation, and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate with strategist, designers, and developers to bring journeys to life and ensure they drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop CRM and lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, and in-app channels
  • Build automated journeys, segment audiences, and set up triggers and workflows
  • Implement and optimise marketing automation in tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, or similar
  • Analyse performance, identify insights, and propose data-driven improvements
  • Work closely with creative and design teams to brief, review, and optimise assets
  • Support clients with CRM roadmaps, best practices, and platform recommendations
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across CRM activities
  • Collaborate with developers on integrations, data flow, and platform setups when needed

Must haves

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, triggers, personalisation, and customer journey design
  • Practical experience with at least one major CRM/MA platform (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business goals into CRM strategy and actionable workflows
  • Confident in analysing data and presenting insights
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable driving projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice to haves

  • Experience with e-commerce or subscription-based business models
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email optimisation
  • Familiarity with CDPs, event-based tracking, or integrations
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or similar platforms
