Souk Agency was founded in December 2024 in Stockholm, Sweden by Emilia Nicklasson with a clear idea: help companies grow their sales in a simpler and more honest way. After more than ten years in the consulting world, she had seen too many businesses get stuck with complicated solutions, poor documentation and no training. It never felt right, and she wanted to create something better.
She also wanted to build a different kind of workplace. Traditional agencies often have heavy hierarchies. Emilia wanted the opposite — a place where talented people can grow, do great work and get the credit they deserve.
From the beginning, Souk has worked in a straightforward way. No fancy slide decks. No endless layers of account managers. Everyone at Souk is a specialist in their field, and we use AI where it helps us work faster, deliver faster and keep costs down for our clients.
